More Pleasure In Your New Home
Here's what some of our most recent customers are saying about their new Heritage homes:

More of everything means more value in your new home.  Regardless of which Heritage Homes model you choose, we will build it with the same durable, high quality materials and mechanical equipment.

Customers Report -- Heritage Value Means "More"
Value is in the eyes of the customer. We asked Heritage customers to define Heritage Value. They all said it was the same thing--"more." But "more" meant different things to different customers. A retired lady said features that match her taste, especially the flooring, carpeting and kitchen cabinets, mean Heritage Value to her. A young mother points to the appearance of her home as the most important part of her perception of value. A mother with two young boys says her Heritage Value is the $25,000 of Instant Equity that came with her home.

Read their perceptions of Heritage Value, then talk with Joe Houk, Patti King, or Frank Bolton at 251/666-3950.

"We Got More Square Footage And More Features"
"This wasn't our first home. We built once before. That was a good experience but this time we wanted more value. More square footage. More features. We saw we could get it with the Heritage Value Process. We were impressed with the opportunity to get a larger home and more features by handling things like arranging for the septic tank installation and utilities hook up ourselves.

Our Heritage Builder told us what to do and when to do it. There's no doubt it paid off for us. Our Regency has 1813 sq ft, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. People are building beautiful homes all around us. When they tell us what their homes are worth, we realize that our home has already gone up in value. Way up. I think the builders constructing new homes in our neighborhood are trying to match the quality and appearance of our home."

I Wanted Features That Matched My Taste...And I Got Them"
"I kept watching the price of new homes go up every year. I wanted a new home. But I also wanted my home to be special--not just another model out of the same cookie cutter. I thought I was going to get priced out of the market. Then I learned about Heritage Homes.

Heritage's Joe Houk helped me pick out the model that met my needs. Then I made it mine. I picked cabinets with a cherry finish to match my furniture, the terra-cotta vinyl kitchen flooring, the light-toned vinyl bathroom flooring and butterscotch wood flooring for the foyer and living room, and the taupe carpet for the family room and bedrooms. Amazingly, everything I picked was standard. The wiring for an alarm system was standard too, so I went ahead and had the system installed. Everyone who visits tells me how much my home reflects my own personal tastes."

"People Stop Me And Ask Me Who Built My Home"
"I wanted to build my own home for years. I thought about it all the time. I read home magazines and plans. I went to open houses. I studied the real estate ads. I dreamed about what it would look like and wondered if I would ever find a way to have it.

I visited builder after builder and looked at home after home. Then I looked at Heritage Homes models. I almost couldn't believe it. Beautiful roof lines, architectural shingles, front porches and all brick exterior walls. I fell in love with the Cambridge. It looks just the way I thought my home should look.

Sometimes I walk out to the curb to admire it and think about the fact it is mine. It really has curb appeal. I love it. I'm not the only one who likes its appearance. When I work in the yard people often stop and ask me who built it. One day a police officer knocked on my door. He was building a Heritage home and wanted to know about the color and cabinet choices I had made."

"My Heritage Home Came With $24,500 In Instant Equity"
I made the right decision when I chose my builder. The contract price for my Heritage Home was $74,500 plus lot and improvement costs of about $20,000. The appraisal after it was built was $119,000. That means my house was worth $24,500 more than I paid for it before I moved in.

I can't tell you how good Instant Equity makes me feel. It can be a little scary to build a home. You want square footage and features. But most of all you want to be sure you are getting value. You want your home to be a good investment. For me, it's the biggest investment I will ever make. Instant Equity proves the value. It makes me feel safe and secure. Heritage Instant Equity is the best thing that every happened to me financially. And it is a wonderful way to measure the value of a Heritage home."
