To make that easy, Patti maintains a list of Preferred Lenders. These are mortgage lenders who have done a good job serving Heritage Homes customers. She know the lending criteria used for each of these firms and steers customers to the lenders that best match their situations. For example, some lenders will make 95% loans that include the new home, land, lot preparation, well and septic system while others will not. Some lenders do not object to a family keeping a mobile home on their lot after their new home is completed while others want the mobile home removed.
