Lumber used in roof trusses for Heritage Homes construction is precision cut by computer controlled saws so joints fit perfectly and sizes meet exact specifications. Trusses are assembled on jigs so all units meet the same high standards. Special hardware is used to add strength at the joints in trusses.
Every step in construction is supervised by Heritage Homes builders.  
In addition to applying their years of construction experience, they review
construction quality with customers at the framing stage using a detailed
Framing Checklist. At this stage customers can actually see the quality
of the construction of their home.
